Advent

What to do with waitinG

Ever notice how Christmas seems to magnify everything? The good feels even sweeter, and the hard things can feel a little heavier. But the heart of Christmas isn’t found in either extreme—it’s found in a hope that steadies us no matter what we’re walking through.

Starting Nov 30th, we will be in a teaching series called The Arrival, and we officially step into the season of Advent—a time of waiting, watching, and preparing our hearts for the coming of Jesus. Advent reminds us that on a quiet night long ago, a light broke into the darkness. Love stepped into the world, and everything changed. Because of Jesus, the life we long for—the life filled with hope, peace, joy, and love—is possible.

Each Sunday leading up to Christmas, we’ll light the Advent candles together and read the Scriptures that point us toward the promise of Christ. Join us as we lean into the wonder of this season and look with anticipation toward the One who comes to make all things new.

📍 Services at 9:00am & 10:30am
